Purchasing Firearms
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our location or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.
If you live in a state with ridiculous gun laws make sure the firearm(s) you are buying is legal in your state. There will be a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price if you buy a firearm we can not ship to your state.
If you are local and going to pickup your new firearm at our location there are a couple of ways to go about it.
- Purchase the firearm from the website and make arrangements by phone or email to. come pick it up.
- Contact us with the details of your desired firearm of choice and make arrangements to visit our location. At that time we will do the required paperwork (4473) and pay for your new firearm.
- BEFORE Purchasing your firearm of choice through our online store contact your local FFL and verify their transfer fee and ensure they will receive your transfer.
- Obtain a copy of the FFL of the location you want us to ship it to and email it to us.
(NOTE: Most FFLs If you provide your local FFL with our information, they will send a copy to us upon your request) - Once we are in possession of and have verified the FFL we will ship the firearm to your local FFL and provide you with the shipping details.
- Contact your local FFL and notify them of the expected arrival date provided by the shipping carrier.
- Once your firearm arrives, you will need to make arrangements with your local FFL to do the required paperwork (4473 / background check) and pickup your new firearm.
** NOTE: Firearms MUST be inspected prior to the firearm being transferred to the purchaser. Once a firearm is transferred to an individual, it is considered used and you can no longer return the firearm. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
We will only ship to valid FFL dealers.
Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
The customer – you – is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.
If you order a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver, YOU MUST be:
- A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
- 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.
Exceptions: Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.

Purchasing Ammunition
Echo5 Bravo abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of ammunition.
You agree and accept all policies described in our Terms of Use:
- You are at least 21 years of age (for handgun ammunition) or 18 years of age (for rifle ammunition).
- By purchasing ammunition, you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws.
- You have not been convicted of any felony, a misdemeanor of domestic abuse, and you are not chemically dependent.
- You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition.
- You have never been committed to any mental institution, or been adjudicated as mentally defective. You will not sell ammunition to any minor.
- You cannot have ammunition shipped to a post office box.
- You do not live in a state, city, or county that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring ammunition.
** Customers who order ammunition in states prohibiting the order of ammunition will have their orders cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Ammunition will NOT be shipped to a P.O. Box.
All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required.
* Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms.
** Check your local laws for any other regulations.
** Customers who order ammunition in states prohibiting the order of ammunition will have their orders cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
We will not ship ANY Ammunition to the following locations:

Purchasing Magazines
We will NOT sell or ship ANY products to:
Chicago, IL / Massachusetts / Washington D.C / Puerto Rico
Echo 5 Bravo abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of high capacity magazines.
It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities.
** Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 7% restocking fee.
We DO NOT ship high-capacity magazines with firearms to the states listed below. We WILL NOT replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.
We will not ship high capacity magazines for CA customers to a High Capacity Magazine Dealer. High Capacity Magazine Dealers in CA may place orders with us directly.
** Customers who order ammunition in states prohibiting the order of ammunition will have their orders cancelled and a 7% restocking fee will be charged.
Magazines greater than 10 rounds will NOT be shipped to:
- California
- Colorado (Boulder)
- Hawaii
- Illinois (Highland Park, Cook County, Dolton, Homewood, Deerfield)

- New York
- Vermont (Rifle Magazines)
No Magazines greater than 15 rounds will be shipped to:

Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of purchase.
Sales on the following items are final:
- Special orders.
- Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- NFA items.
- Ammunition sales are final, no returns unless we screw up.
- Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.
**Please note that firearm purchases that are accepted from the transferring FFL are considered used firearms and returns will NOT be guaranteed. Inspect it BEFORE accepting the transfer. All sales are final on special orders, products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt, NFA items, illumination devices, electronic sights and optics, ammunition, projectiles, reloading components, clothing, cleaning solvents/lubricates, and food. Unless received defective, these items are not returnable or refundable.
